Shelly Marsh is the Founder and CEO of Be Surrogacy and a passionate advocate of family-building. As a mother herself, Shelly’s journey began as a young mom with two smooth pregnancies and a deep desire to help others experience parenthood. That calling became clear when she met a woman who had undergone a hysterectomy in her mid-twenties and longed for a child of her own.

Since then, Shelly has helped create three families around the world, carrying five babies through four surrogacy journeys. Her first surrogacy experience was so positive and life-changing that it inspired her to shift her career entirely and work full-time in the fertility industry.

With over a decade of experience working with fertility clinics and a nonprofit dedicated to helping people grow their families, Shelly brings unmatched compassion, knowledge, and firsthand insight to every intended parent and surrogate she supports. She is deeply committed to guiding others through this journey with honesty, heart, and transparency.

Cally is a wife and mom of three kiddos! Her journey as a surrogate began when she knew in my heart she could help a family have a baby because being pregnant just came so naturally and easy for her. From the first day of her first pregnancy she loved everything about it. Once she had her third baby she was so sad to think she would never be able to feel another baby moving inside my womb again. That is until she found out what being a surrogate was! She knew from that moment that if this was something a woman could do she was determined to do it! Having a medical background working in a hospital, Cally always approaches every situation with compassion and kindness. She found her first match through an agency and the rest is history! She is looking forward to getting to know you, your goals and what brought you to (Be) Surrogacy!

Surrogate Support Lead

Melissa is a dedicated wife and mom of four, who also cherishes her role as a pet mom to a lively puppy and two adorable cats. Her heart is as big as her family, and it shines through her incredible journeys as a surrogate. Having been a surrogate three times, Melissa deeply treasures the surrogacy community and the joy of helping families grow.

Her love language is gifting, and she believes that helping another family welcome a baby is one of the greatest gifts of all. With years of experience in the surrogacy world, Melissa is passionate about guiding and supporting other women through the process. She approaches surrogacy advocacy with the heartfelt care and support every surrogate deserves and is excited to welcome you to (Be) Surrogacy!

Social Media Manager

Ellen’s surrogacy journey began while she was pregnant with her second child, grieving the fact that while she loves being pregnant, her own family would soon be complete. At the same time, she was navigating her mother’s breast cancer diagnosis and grieving the loss of her spiritual mother to metastatic breast cancer in 2022. Through these experiences, Ellen developed a deep heart for the breast cancer community. Those passions came together when she became a surrogate for a family impacted by breast cancer—supporting an intended mother unable to carry due to her own cancer journey.

Ellen loves educating and speaking about surrogacy and family building. With 3+ years of social media experience, she shares advocacy and education with thousands each week and looks forward to connecting with you at (Be) Surrogacy.

Agency Partner Relations Manager

Stephanie is a devoted wife and proud mom of twin boys with over a decade of experience in the fertility industry. She is deeply passionate about helping families grow and especially values fertility education, believing that informed decisions rooted in understanding make all the difference.

Based in South Carolina, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She’s a devoted animal lover and shares her home with two cats and an energetic Australian Cattle Dog.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara—and when she’s not supporting families, she’s cheering on her favorite team, the Green Bay Packers!

Intake Coordinator

Aubree is a single mama to two amazing kids. While she knew having more children of her own wasn’t likely, her deep love for pregnancy, motherhood, and childbearing led her to surrogacy. On a whim—and with a hopeful heart—she applied to become a surrogate, wanting to give the gift of a child to a family in need. Aubree was matched with an incredible family and completed a journey that brought identical twin girls into the world. The experience was one of the most fulfilling and beautiful adventures for her and her family.

Today, Aubree is passionate about supporting and nurturing others on their surrogacy journeys, leading with positivity, openness, and love.

Intake Coordinator

Deja Daniel is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most meaningful—and emotional—journeys. From the first interaction, she strives to ensure every client feels comfortable, heard, and genuinely supported.

Deja has a strong academic foundation, including college-level studies in psychology, anatomy and physiology, and advanced English, and was recognized by her college honor society for her achievements. She brings years of experience in customer service and business ownership, honing her skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.

What truly sets Deja apart is her personal experience as a two-time surrogate, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of the surrogacy journey. She approaches each client with empathy, professionalism, and compassion, and is honored to help guide families every step of the way.

Brand Ambassador

Nicole is a proud mom to her 11-year-old son, Landon. Together, they enjoy bike rides, ice cream dates, and family game nights. She values meaningful connections and spends most weekends with friends and family. Professionally, Nicole works as a receptionist and nanny, roles that reflect her caring, dependable, and organized nature.

Becoming a surrogate has been a long-time goal, and in December 2023 she felt confident and ready to take that step. Motherhood has been one of her greatest blessings, and she is deeply passionate about helping another family experience the joy of parenthood. Nicole is honored to be part of this journey and looks forward to connecting with you.
